Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected events can occur. We want to be flexible, while still respecting the Clinican's time and other clients who are on a waiting list. Therefore, you have the option to reschedule, or if you can not come in, you can change your face to face appointment to telehealth or telephone as required. For extenuating circumstances, please let your Clinician know and this will be negotiated on an individual basis. Otherwise, the below cancellation policy will apply.
We require a minimum of 24hours for cancellation of your appointment. Full fees will be charged for those who do not provide 24hour notification of cancellation, or for those who do not attend their appointment without prior notification. Some cancellation policies are set by the provider used, for example NDIS or Victim Services and in that instance the cancellation policy will align with those contracts.
